Philharmonie SWF and Charles Olivieri-Munroe open new initiative with University

Under chief conductor Charles Olivieri-Munroe, Philharmonie Südwestfalen begins this week a new collaoration with the University of Siegen giving music students the opportunity to play in the orchestra. This will also extend to a project including the university chorus later in the concert season. The first concert production sees four musicians chosen to play in Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition to be performed this Thursday, Friday and Sunday in Siegen.
