Tomorrow! Charles' first concert as artistic director in Krakow

Since accepting the position of artistic director of the Krakow Philharmonic last June, the Canadian conductor's schedule has permitted that he give his first performances only now in the first week of November. With much anticipation Charles Olivieri-Munroe will conduct an eclectic programme of Arvo Pärt's Credo and Dvorak's Te Deum, both featuring the philharmonic's 80-member chorus. The second half will be totally devoted to showing off the musical capabilities of the orchestra in the monumental Alpine Symphony by Richard Strauss.
