HYOGO Performing Arts Center
During the decade following the great Kobe (Hanshin-Awaji) Earthquake, the courage, persistence, and compassion of Hyogo's local residents have brought about a miraculous renewal of the devastated region. Embodying the hope for a bright future for the community, the Hyogo Performing Arts Center opened as a symbol of the emotional and cultural rebirth of the region. As a community center where creative activities are pursued through the cooperation of local residents, the Hyogo Performing Arts Center aspires to encourage artistic interactions and creative activities in the performing arts, and to contribute to the development of local culture.
